Trinity Health MI is seeking a capable leader to manage patient access operations in the Emergency Registration department. This full-time, on-site role at Trinity Health Ann Arbor offers an evening shift (11:00 am–11:30 pm) and a 36-hour work week, with a strong emphasis on registration accuracy and patient flow.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and at least three years in patient access or registration, with the ability to obtain HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within one year.

Note: This is a fully on-site role
Provides leadership and support to the patient access team. Provides oversight & support of the workflow & functions in accordance with level of experience, education & standards. Assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility including delegating to others. Participates in the development of & the process improvement of policies & procedures. Works closely with leadership to maintain efficient & effective operations to ensure quality in daily operations. May partner with leadership with the selection, orientation & performance feedback of the team. Works cooperatively to ensure that key customer needs are being met & achievement of operational & performance goals.
