Responsibilities

• Accurately obtains, verifies, and enters patient demographic, insurance, and financial information in the patient medical record.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments and may perform reminder calls.
• Provides courteous, respectful service to patients and visitors; acts as first clinic contact.
• Escalates issues to leadership and coordinates care tasks like obtaining medical records and routing documents.
