Responsibilities

• Discharge patients and document charges and payments per POS policy.
• Schedule appointments and send new patient packets, manage calendar accuracy.
• Process daily payment summaries, charges, balances, and claim edits.
• Answer calls and provide information, routing inquiries as needed.
• Assist clinical staff with clerical tasks and patient prep.
