Responsibilities

• Create patient case and document as requested.
• Notify new patient of doctor’s prescription preferences.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and interpreter services.
• Process patient payments and co-pays.
• Verify insurance prior to patient visits and manage billing duties.
