Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for Dermatology in Lombard, IL, with occasional travel to Naperville. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional Naperville to Lombard travel as needed.

You will perform high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs, schedule appointments, and assist with transportation while ensuring patient information is accurately captured in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• Excellent customer service and satisfaction demonstrated.
• Ability to verify patient information and document in the EHR (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound phone calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and provide transportation assistance.
• Greet patients and visitors, setting a positive tone for the experience.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC.
• Review and monitor schedules daily to fill open slots.
• Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol.
• Prepare charts and reports from the Daily Appointment Report.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $15.10-24.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
