Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care in Orland Park, IL, seeks a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for a full-time onsite role. You will handle high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs and assist with scheduling and transportation.

You will greet patients, verify information in EPIC, and maintain a positive experience while monitoring schedules and preparing charts from daily reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Assist with patient scheduling and transportation.
• Greet patients and visitors to set a positive experience.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC EHR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Review schedules and pre-screen patients per protocol; monitor daily schedules.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
• Prepare charts from the Daily Appointment Report.

Job Summary

Patient Access Conversion Specialist - Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week Monday-Friday Onsite at Local medical Office- Orland Park

Responsibilities

• Make High volume outbound phone calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone
• Patient Scheduling and transportation assistance
• Acknowledges and welcomes patients and visitors. Sets the tone for a positive experience
• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned
• Reviewing schedule Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol Monitor schedules daily, ensuring that all open slots are filled on the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports
• Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience

Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.30 - $24.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
