Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes scheduling, registration, messaging, and admissions processes.
• Verifies patient demographic and insurance information; scans and validates documents.
• Performs insurance verification and communicates financial responsibilities to patients.
• Provides warm, courteous customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Balances cash drawer and handles payments following policy.
