Pure Infusion is seeking an exceptional Patient Access Coordinator to welcome patients, schedule infusions, and coordinate with referring practices to streamline care in our Coeur d'Alene clinic. You will partner with nurses and staff to ensure every visit goes smoothly, maintain CRM/EMR records, and deliver a concierge-level patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into the clinic.
• Coordinate care with referring practices and Market Executive.
• Ensure accurate orders and documentation for patient visits.
• Provide a concierge-level patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
