Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking an exceptional Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to join our Utah clinic. You will greet and schedule patients for biologic infusions, coordinate with referring practices, and manage documentation to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role supports a white-glove, concierge-level experience in a fast-growing healthcare startup. Ideal candidates bring honesty, strong communication, experience with CRM and EMR systems, and the ability to thrive in a busy team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into the clinic for infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and the Market Executive.
• Ensure smooth scheduling and patient visit details with patients and staff.
• Collaborate with nurses and team to maintain a concierge-level patient experience.
