Responsibilities

• The Patient Access Representatives are primarily responsible for completing an efficient and organized check in for the patients; ensuring throughput and customer service are top priorities.
• Must ensure that accurate information is collected and that HIPAA confidentiality is maintained.
• Ensure patients are aware of their rights as determined by HIPAA regulations and company policy.
