Qualifications

Current California RN License
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing; Master's in Nursing if Baccalaureate is not in Nursing
3 years of ambulatory clinical care experience, preferably urgent care or ED
Strong leadership and communication skills
Coaching and staff development experience
Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement
BLS certification

Responsibilities

Supervise and train clinic nursing staff
Provide hands-on patient care in a clinical/urgent care setting
Triage phone and in-basket messages for providers
Collaborate with Practice Manager and Clinical Director on operations
Plan and adjust staffing to meet needs
Oversee Quality Assurance and audit processes; manage supplies and medications
