Qualifications

• BSN or higher; Master's if not Nursing.
• 3 years ambulatory clinical care experience (staff nurse/charge nurse/manager).
• Demonstrates leadership to support unit/department/hospital vision.
• Calm, reassuring, confident; fosters cohesive team.
• Maintains high standards in clinical duties.
• Strong decision making and communication; provides constructive feedback.
• Coaches staff in plan of care, goals, and progress.

Responsibilities

• Take on a key clinical leadership role within a world-class health system.
• Lead and support the clinical team with hands-on patient care and back-office workflow.
• Collaborate with physicians; triage messages for providers.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager and Clinical Director for seamless operations.
• Plan staffing to meet operational needs and manage QA/audit processes.
• Order clinic supplies and medications as needed.
