Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Specialist to support admitting patients at our Stamford, CT site. The role involves patient check-ins, verifying insurance, and explaining consent forms while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position offers 12:00pm-8:00am, 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, or 11:00pm-7:30am shifts with rotating holidays and weekends. Candidates must have a high school diploma and complete CRCR within 6 months; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, including AI-enabled processes.
• On-site role in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient check-ins and admissions.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient demographics.
• Explain general consent and distribute patient education documents.
• Maintain accurate accounts and perform POS collections and audits.
