You will collect insurance details, pre-register patients, explain consent forms, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting POS goals. A strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks with insurance info.
• Process physician orders and use overlay tools while delivering excellent service.
• Answer calls on the switchboard and maintain professional communication.
• Meet point-of-service goals and maintain compassionate interactions.
• Audit accounts and provide data to leadership for accuracy.
• Pre-register patients and collect demographic, insurance, and financial info.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Verify insurance eligibility and support POS and billing processes.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and document forms.
