Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign MRNs, verify medical necessity and collect insurance information, process orders, and ensure accurate POS collections.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and maintain excellent customer service with appropriate compassion.
• Audit and report data to support clean claim rate and compliance with policies.
• Pre-register patient accounts and obtain demographics, insurance details, and financial information.
