Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year general clerical experience that includes data entry and providing customer service.
• A record of satisfactory performance with positive employment references addressing teamwork, ethics, reliability and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients/visitors in person and by phone; directs inquiries and records messages.
• Receives and stamps daily patient referrals; reviews referrals against EMR for PRC eligibility.
• Distributes referrals to outside providers and follows up to obtain appointment dates.
• Maintains patient records with relevant documents and inputs data into the system.
• Educates patients about PRC scheduling and documents required information.
• Ensures PPE is worn and adheres to safety procedures as required.
