Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• TB screening and proof of immunity to MMR, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage wait times.
• Complete check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles and issue receipts.
• Manage cashier box and daily deposits per policies.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Maintain medical records and release requests as needed.
• Establish good relationships with patients and staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
