Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greets, receives and escorts patients/visitors and notifies necessary personnel of arrivals.
  • Completes and forwards all required information, charts and records; maintains department records and inventories.
  • Provides clerical support, data entry, and assists with scheduling patient appointments and billing information.
  • Informs patients of preparations for examinations and assists with scheduling departmental needs.
  • Keeps waiting areas neat and organized; supports department meetings and special projects.
