Qualifications

• Educational background: High School Diploma or GED; coursework in insurance/billing or medical practice is a plus.
• Experience in patient services, medical reception, or medical call centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients by phone and in-bound calls.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify patient registration and insurance information; relay messages to clinical staff.
• Assist patients with MyChart and other patient portal support.
• Support referrals, authorizations, and patient outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records; collaborate with providers and office teams.
