Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls as first point of contact.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify patient registration and insurance information.
• Assist patients with MyChart and patient portal support.
• Support referrals and authorizations and patient outreach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
