Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in medical office operations or front desk/clinical support.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required.
• Strong organizational, detail orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments and referrals.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and registration data in EMR.
• Support administrative and clinical workflow tasks for providers.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and HIPAA compliance.
