Job summary

• Document all phone calls accurately in the EMR and coordinate scheduling.
• Register patients and guarantors, update demographic data, and collect IDs/insurance cards.
• Assist patients with forms for regulatory and billing needs, and educate on financial assistance.
• Proactively request and process payments following proper procedures.
• Stay current on responsibilities through newsletters and clinic meetings.
