Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience required.
• Typing proficiency, Windows knowledge, and experience with multiple computer systems.
• Specialist: Associate degree preferred and 2+ years in medical practice/business associate or similar healthcare role.
• Vaccination or immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella; annual flu vaccine with exemptions as allowed.
