Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guarantors and verify demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Explain policies and obtain signatures on consent forms and notices.
• Verify insurance benefits and determine filing order across coverages.
• Obtain pre-certification and authorization.
• Provide courteous customer service and address questions and concerns.
• Collect patient out-of-pocket amounts per guidelines and prepare daily deposits.
• Provide patient estimates as requested and assist with scheduling or referrals.
