Formación

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1 year experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related roles.
• 3 years healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/clerical accounting/finance/retail/customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patient access department with accounts and insurance data.
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and present options/requirements.
• Process patient payments and secure consent on required forms/notices.
