Responsibilities

• Collects patient clinical and demographic data and verifies payer information.
• Arranges for support services and ensures orders for homecare are obtained.
• Oversees clerical staff for accurate data entry and records management.
• Coordinates referrals and ensures timely scheduling and billing processes.
• Performs payer verification and maintains reference files for patients.
• Liaises between clinicians and clinical teams to ensure timely patient care.
• Supports billing by coordinating central billing office interactions.
• Supervises daily clerical operations and staff evaluations.
• Coordinates receipt of referrals and accepts home health services.
