Responsibilities

• Obtains signatures for treatment and reimbursement.
• Verifies billing information and pre-authorizations.
• Discharges patients after treatment.
• Posts and verifies charges and maintains medical records.
• Provides scheduling or enrollment for services.
• Acts as first point of contact for clients by phone or in person.
• Assists with self-pay workflows and patient financial assistance programs.
