Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and register them accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect copays, deductibles, and payments.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying clinical staff of arrivals and delays.
• Answer phones, route calls, and provide directions and information.
