Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in person at clinics and hospitals.
• Assist with enrollment in the Patient Portal.
• Provide technical assistance for Patient Portal issues.
• Educate staff on Patient Portal processes.
• Record and report patient interactions.
• Meet enrollment goals.
