Job summary

You will work with supervisors, nurses, and physicians, handle payments, maintain records, and safeguard patient confidentiality while delivering compassionate, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Current BLS Certification.
• 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for outpatient testing and procedures.
• Obtain or verify patient personal and insurance information.
• Communicate with supervisor, nurse managers, coworkers, and physicians.
• Receive patient payments or co-pay and post to system; manage till.
• Maintain department records, reports and files as required.
• Be familiar with Urgent Care policies and services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times; treat patients with respect.
• Comply with PCI standards and other company policies.
