Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Pathway Review Lead to oversee eligibility determinations for the Conditional Eligible Rider program, working with Mobility Specialists and coordinating with Program Manager and Outreach staff. The role involves reviewing rider conditions, mobility aids, and ADA requirements, plus monthly and quarterly reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a BA degree or 5+ years in transportation management, strong Word/Excel skills, and the ability to self-manage from a home

Qualifications

• BA degree or five years of experience in transportation management
• Transportation and Paratransit experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, proof of insurance, and own transportation
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
• Dedicated home office space for remote work
• Strong written and verbal communication and detail orientation
• Demonstrate the ability to self-manage
• Professional demeanor and confidence in the program

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Manager on Pathway Review issues, policies and developments
• Research routing for trips considering rider conditions
• Consolidate data into monthly reports and case files
• Perform desktop and field review work as Mobility Specialist
• Review standing ride requests before forwarding to Scheduling
• Supervise Pathway Review team members
• Assign work to Mobility Specialists
• Answer questions on policies and procedures
• Ensure timely completion of work
• Oversee all work by Mobility Specialists
• Update policies and procedures as needed
• Generate reports related to Pathway Review performance
• Coordinate with Outreach regarding potential clients for travel training
• Assist Outreach and Transit Instructors for clients referred for fixed routes
• Communicate with Paratransit Certification & ADA Department on reviews and questions
• Share knowledge as an ambassador for Pathway Review
