Qualifications

• At least 10 years medical laboratory experience.
• MT certification is required.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory agencies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective operations of multiple functional teams.
• Plan, schedule and organize resources to meet study timelines.
• Directs workflow within the laboratory to ensure adequate personnel assignment.
• Works closely with the pathologist on clinical pathology data reports.
• Responsible for quality control program and maintenance of records.
