Inotiv is seeking a meticulous life sciences professional to support remote and on-site pathology study coordination. You will help schedule histopathology work, coordinate with pathologists, and maintain study documentation across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required to interact with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and sites and to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and laboratory policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate pathology start-up and study information before work begins.
• Maintain study materials and documentation across shared systems (Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Lead meetings to communicate project timelines, milestones, and priorities.
• Support revenue recognition activities and ensure timely documentation.
