Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 8–10 years of management experience in a biomedical setting.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the biomedical industry.
• Experience working with animals.
• Previous experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with P&L responsibility and people management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality metrics are met.
• Manage staffing levels and technician training.
• Assist with budget forecasting and cost control.
• Achieve revenue, cost and profit goals; monitor performance.
• Respond to client feedback and regulatory visits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects on time.
