Job summary

Aurora Diagnostics LLC in Beechwood, Ohio seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and strategic growth of our laboratory and pathology services.

You will lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, and manage budgets and staff performance while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in healthcare administration or related environment.
• Experience managing budgets, staff, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple laboratory and pathology locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial performance.
• Supervise and support managers, technical staff, and operations teams.
• Partner with physician leaders and senior management to achieve business objectives.
• Evaluate staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies.
• Monitor productivity, quality assurance programs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, Billing, IT, and Sales to resolve challenges and support initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients and healthcare partners; support growth opportunities.
