Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Health or equivalent, with healthcare admin exposure.
• 5+ years in healthcare administration, lab operations, or related field.
• Proven experience in budgets, staff and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple laboratory and pathology locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial performance.
• Supervise and support managers, technical staff, and operational teams.
• Partner with physician leaders and senior management to achieve business objectives.
• Evaluate staffing needs, optimize workforce planning and support development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and policies.
• Monitor productivity, QA programs, and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, Billing, IT, and Sales to resolve challenges and support initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Support growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
