Job summary

High’s is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day store operations and help drive the store’s goals. You will focus on associate satisfaction, brand standards and profitability while aligning with the vision of “Fast, Fresh & Friendly” exceptional customer service!

You will supervise tasks, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, recruit and develop staff, uphold safety and quality policies, analyze results, and coordinate daily assignments to keep the team

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of supervising the day-to-day task assignment of the store associates.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and respond to feedback.
• Support the management of associates including recruiting, hiring, training & development, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure execution of store policies on safety, security, quality and operations.
• Analyze results and trends to address opportunities and leverage strengths.
• Coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet business needs.
