Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommendations for advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Communicates with ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and business partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Leads and supervises the team to develop sales and achieve high performance.
• Plans and conducts meetings such as store team meetings and training sessions.
