Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations Management.
• Proven track record of leadership in internships or co-ops.
• Willingness to relocate to support program rotations.
• Long-term mobility to pursue leadership roles within Polaris.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotational program with Operations Engineering and Supply Chain tracks.
• Engage in diverse assignments across logistics, manufacturing, planning, and supplier interactions.
• Develop and apply project management skills to align with business goals.
• Monitor and improve product and process performance to reduce costs.
• Propose innovative solutions to advance Polaris manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and stretch beyond entry-level experiences.
• Receive hands-on training and mentorship to pursue leadership roles.
