• Interest in operations or supply chain with curiosity to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotational program with Operations Engineering and Supply Chain tracks.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and leadership tasks.
• Develop project management skills through planning and execution of assignments.
• Monitor and improve product and process performance to drive quality and cost reductions.
• Contribute innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
