Qualifications

• At least 5 years in patent litigation and/or significant PTAB experience.
• Experience preparing and arguing motions, writing briefs, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial.
• License to practice in Florida, Ohio, Colorado, or Michigan as applicable; strong academics and research/writing skills.
