Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of patent litigation experience and/or significant PTAB experience.
• Experience preparing and arguing motions, writing briefs and handling complex discovery and ESI.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex patent litigation matters for regional and national clients.
• Collaborate with IP Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group across multiple offices.
• Engage in client contact and contribute to training and mentoring junior attorneys.
