Duties:

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications across various technical sectors.
• Perform detailed patent searches and evaluations to assess patentability.
• Advise clients on managing and strengthening their patent portfolios.
• Prepare responses to office actions and communicate effectively with the USPTO.
• Work alongside attorneys to align intellectual property strategies with client needs.
• Provide technical expertise in mechanical, biomedical, and medical device-related patent matters.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Patent Agent, particularly in patent prosecution.
• Specialized knowledge or experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device technologies preferred.
• Strong understanding of USPTO filing procedures and patent laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
