Duties:

• Assist in preparing and filing responses to office actions.
• Support clients with patent portfolio management and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members on intellectual property strategies.
• Provide technical expertise on mechanical, biomedical, and medical device patents.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Patent Agent, focusing on patent prosecution.
• Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device patent law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patent laws and procedures.
