Duties:

• Manage a diverse range of patent prosecution tasks, including drafting and filing patent applications.
• Conduct thorough patent searches and analyses to evaluate patentability.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of responses to office actions.
• Support clients with strategic patent portfolio management and advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to develop and implement effective intellectual property strategies.
• Provide technical expertise on patents related to mechanical, biomedical, and medical devices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Patent Agent, focusing on patent prosecution.
• Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device patent law is preferred.
