The City and County of Denver is hiring an Equipment Operator II (Patch Truck) in the Street Maintenance division. You will operate a patch truck, perform inspections, and support pothole repair and snow removal across Denver’s streets.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, three years of general labor with two years of equipment operation, and a valid CDL-B license with endorsements. Competitive pay and extensive benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Graduation from high school or GED/HiSET/TASC required.
• Three years of general labor with two years operating light to medium equipment.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) with appropriate endorsements at the time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a Patch Truck for pothole patching.
• Operate medium-sized equipment and attachments with safety and efficiency.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and monitor on-board instruments.
• Assist with manual labor when not driving or operating equipment.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report defects or incidents.
• Support snow removal duties and provide courteous public service.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build skills.
