Job summary

Responsibilities include creating patch schedules, managing change tickets, and reporting on patch status. Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow is preferred, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years patch management experience with governance.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware and cloud compute environments.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Experience documenting audits and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patch management activities across Windows Server and VMaaS.
• Govern and oversee timely operating system patch delivery.
• Create and manage patching schedules and change tickets.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to resolve patch compliance gaps.
• Lead weekly interlock meetings and support patching escalations.
• Support patch management tooling such as ServiceNow.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal/external audits and regulators.
