Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. seeks a Patch Engineer to coordinate Windows Server and VMware patching, ensure timely OS updates, and manage patch schedules. You will engage with eng, operations, and vendor teams to smooth the end-to-end patching pipeline.

The role requires hands-on patch management experience, Excel data analysis, and familiarity with cloud compute environments, Agile practices, and audit readiness. Onsite work in Jacksonville, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with patch management and vulnerability processes.
• Collaborates with infrastructure teams, leads interlocks, and gathers requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server and VMware; cloud compute familiarity.
• Strong data analysis using Excel.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Basic AI tooling experience (Gemini or Copilot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Windows Server and VMware patch management activities with engineering and operations teams.
• Provide governance of timely OS patch delivery and patching schedules.
• Create and manage change tickets and obtain required approvals.
• Support patch management tooling and respond to audit queries.
• Maintain patch management procedures with stakeholders.
• Interface with incident management for critical, out-of-band patching.
