Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Change Manager to join its Jacksonville, Florida team. You will coordinate patch management activities for Windows Server and VMware, engage engineering and operations teams, and manage change tickets and approvals to ensure a smooth patching pipeline.

You will provide governance, maintain SOPs, interface with audit teams and regulators, support patching tooling like ServiceNow, and participate in weekly interlock meetings to drive compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with patch management processes and related tooling.
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure teams and leading interlocks.
• Good understanding of Windows Server and VMware operating systems; hands-on knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted compute environments and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Windows Server and VMware patch management activities with engineering, operations, vendors and owners.
• Provide governance and oversight of timely OS patch delivery.
• Create and manage patching schedules and change tickets with required approvals.
• Coordinate remediation of gaps in patch compliance reporting and aging estate governance.
• Support patch management tooling, including ServiceNow, and interface with audit teams.
