Qualifications

• Passion for food and baking.
• Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach during shift up to 60 pounds.
• Prior kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients with care for daily menu items.
• Assist in crafting La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods.
• Inspect ingredients and finished items to ensure quality and freshness.
• Follow recipes and standards for portioning, presentation, and storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep and pastry area and sanitize tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
